Human resources training

1. Training purpose: 

 Human resources training is an important key to help company to develop sustainably and that is also Vinaconsult’s training purpose. All the company’s staffs & engineers are trained with the philosophy ‘’ study, study more and study forever’’.

The company always emphasizes on human resouces training & development damands. Training plan is built by basing on job’s requirement, the staffs’ wishes, working evaluation result & the company’s human resources development strategy.

Common rules of trainning activities are that Vinaconsult’s staffs & engineers have responsibility to study themselves all necessary technology skills to serve their work, they can study from the others : their colleagues & leaders. Moreover, the company also holds internal training experience exchange or introduces its staffs to take outside training courses to improve their knowledge, skills & ability to work well.

In case the company permit someone to join the training course, their training time will be calculated for their working time. Before taking part in the training course, the employee has responsibility to hand over his or her unfinished piece of work to department or person attributed by the company’s leader, avoiding to affect on the company’s work.

Vinaconsult’s staff who is appointed to take part in the training course, has duties to apply their knowledge to work for the company in certain time. He/she must also make a warranty/promise to work for the company, with warranty time is 5 years after graduating. If the employee unilaterally stops his/her working contract before the warranty time as discussed, the company has right to ask him or her to compensate all factual costs such as : training cost, salary, pay & allowances during training or probation time.

2. Training career content :

        Vinaconsult’s training career contents are : Investment consultant, design consultant, construction investment review, management consultant, real estate business consultant in the construction field aiming to well perform requirements of the company’s registered business aspects, in detail as following :

 - Investment consultant

- Project management consultant

- Project foundation consultant, construction investment review  & design

- Technology transfer consultant  

           - Marketing activities & bisiness management  

3. Training Procedure :

Vinaconsult’s training activity focuses on its total current & estimated labour force especially engineers, bachelors, ... who are responsible for leading positions, specific working performance. The company defines that this labour force shoud be trained with advanced training progamme.

The advanced training programme includes : Political training activity, marketing training, business management training, special work training such as : project management, bidding mark & management, constructional working inspection management, engineer, bachelor, constructional doctor & professor training ...

Vinaconsult’s training procedure is implemented as the current law stipulated, procedure requirement consists of clauses as following :

+ Before taking the training course, the staff has to make a requirement form, then warranty, and  this is approved by the company’s leader.

+ The company only gives advanced training course for the staff who has official labour contract with the company

+ The company pays all total training cost, makes training decision. After graduating, this staff has to make a report of training & learning result to submit for the company’s leader. The company will recover all advanced training cost if the staff doesn’t do as promised, unilaterally stops the labour contract before completion time or is dismissed. The training cost comprises of training fee, salary which the staff gets during his/her training time. If the training cost isn’t got back, this will be a force majeure allowed by the company.

4. Traning standard :

The company defines that training is the most important activity to help itself to develop sustainably, training strategy content is given as the following criteria :

+ The staff who is appointed to take the training course and defined as a key person for leading position, has to satisfies these standards :

- With university graduation

- Ability to work individually &  with group, ability to take over main engineers, experts

- Fluent in one or more foreign language with B level such as : English, French, Chinese, Jananese, Russian.

- Fluent in computer skills and some popular softwares of specific field

- Good health & good quality & qualification.
