Personnel recruitment

1. General regulations:

Personnel recruitment is one of the first priority of the company’s leaders. Basing on production & business requirement, development strategy & personnel strategy, the company’s leaders will issue its suitable recruitment policy for each period.

+ Basing on its production requirements, Administration & Personnel Department will inform publicly about the company’s personnel recruitment demand in every means of communication such as: newspapers, radio, telivision, Internet, job introduction center, universities, ....

+ The Administration & Personnerl Department will collect, choose job dossiers, then fix interview day in the company’s office for recruitment board. The company’s recruitment board who include members such as: its leaders, human resource manager, specific staff ...  will directly perform every next step of personnel recruitment process, for example: preliminary selection, interview, test then work as trial.

+ Every employee who satisfies with the company’s requirements & standards, will sign a trial contract, then labour contract of certain time with the company.

+  All employees finish the company’s labour contract of certain time, satisfy with the company’s requirements or the employees move from the other company and fulfill the company’s standards, the Administration & Personnel Department will finish procedures to sign official long-term labour contract as stipulated by  Vietnamese law.

+ Result & recruitment position are bases for the company to decide the trial working & probation time for that employee.  

 2. Recruitment procedure:

           First step: Preliminary selection bases on the clauses of TOR reference, then to select the most suitable employee for the blank such as: leading positions: Director, vice office managing director, ... staff positions: constructional working designer, designer of water drainage & supply, architechtural planning, electricity, air-conditioner, automatization ..., preliminary engineer, economic bachelor, accountant, foreign languge bachelor, office managing staffs, ...

           The Clauses of TOR reference will change by virtue of its production & business requirement of each time in the planning year. The preliminary selection result will be an entry for the employee to do 2nd step.

            Second step:  Face to face interview, recruitment staff who is appointed by the company will interview the employee with 4 stipulated contents such as: specific knowledge, foreign language, knowlege about Corporation, company and its subsidiary, ability to work individually &  with group, other imformation about working environment, working relations. The second step result will be an important factor to help the emloyee to do next one. 

          Third Step: Work as trial, test in practice, these actions are only applied for staff not leading position. Examination activities are done by Director of production department which is employed by the emlpoyee. Test content bases on the requirement of recruitment position. After the employee finishes the trial working time, the company will evaluate his/her trial working result. The final result will be the base for the company to recruit or refuse that employee. Evaluation form is stipulated by the Company’s Personnel & Administration Deparment in style of common form.

            Bước 4: Ký hợp đồng tuyển dụng chính thức hoặc không ký hợp đồng do không đạt yêu cầu tại bước 3. Các nhân viên muốn ký HĐLĐ chính thức với Công ty cần phải bản cam kết trước khi tuyển dụng vào Công ty (Theo mẫu kèm theo quy chế này).

            Step 4:  To sign official recruitment contract or not due to unstisfying the requirements in 3rd step. Every employee who wants to sign an official labour contract with the company, has to fill in the warranty form before being recruited by the company. (Enclosed is the warranty form).

3. Salary:

* Work as trial: trial working time is the time to challenge an employee whether he or she are really suitable for this position and can satisfy with the job’s requirement. Max trial working time doesn’t exceed 60 days for high-techology staff. This is not applied for staff who is recruited by changing department.

During the trial working time, the employee is not permited to have annual leave and doesn’t get full other benefits like the employee who has already signed short-term & long-term contract with the company.

* Probation employee: Probation time is applied for all staff who has just graduated from university. The probation time lasts 1 year with the probation salary to be 85% of basic salary as stipulated.

When probation time is finished, the company will evaluate his/her probation result. The final result will be the base for the company to recruit or refuse that employee.
