With the willing & passion of scientific research, Vinaconsult pays attention to new technology application for its constructional consultant field. It is also an important goal to develop the company & create its trademark in the future.

      In 2001, the company had effectively applied 2 new technologies such as: Hard core construction technique by sliding shuttering & Prestressed concrete technology for bearing structures, for structural design  of mixed-used high buildings for many projects in Hanoi area, for expxample: 17T7, 17T8, 17T9  tenement buildings of  Trung Hoa - Nhan Chinh new city; workmen's apartment in Kim Chung commune - Dong Anh - Ha Noi.  These were also welcomed and applied by investors. The application of these 2 new technologies helped to decrease constructional price & constructional time; to save time & human resources, to create best quality for whole buildings & each apartment. Moreover, these technologies also helped to check each structural component,  raise its resistance power, depreciate its mantainance, last its longevity, create open space, decrease magnetic deformation & shrinkage of the concrete. Especially, these technologies created a rigid link between structural elements to ensure its stability & increase its bearing capacity for the construction

In the field of designing water supply & drainage & environment constructions, Vinaconsult had used new material pipe which was glass fiber reinforced composite pipe in water flow pipe line with its diameter of D1600 - D1800. The glass fiber reinforced composite had successfully applied for Da River Water Supply System which was designed by Vinaconsult’s engineers. The new material application not only provided in time & enough for this project, but also was a good material for future projects. This was a new home-made material which was researched & produced by VINACONEX Corporation. It also had prominent features such as: capacity of corrosion-resistant, durability for weight unit, light weight, low mantainance cost, high temperature resistance, insulating property.

      Besides that Vinaconsult’s staffs & engineers had studied to successfully apply minimum underground water treament set - VINAFILTER which was the surface water & undergound water treament set with small capacity of 100 - 200 m³/ngđ. It is suitable for far regions, mountainous regions, coastal areas that lacks of the water such as: Tay Bac, Viet Bac, Tay Nguyen, Cuu Long river delta and units of soildiers, policemen in abruptness areas. Because of its convenience, VINAFILTER was highly evaluated & given its patent rights by the scientists of water treatment. It was also got VIFOTEX  award in 2001 which was together held by Ministry of Science & Technology, Vietnam Federation of Trade Labour Union & Central Union.
